These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of VibeCall, including the iPhone app and this website. By using VibeCall, you agree to these terms.

Use of the App

VibeCall lets you create custom ringtones from media you select. You are responsible for the content you import, edit, save, and use. You agree not to use the app in a way that violates applicable law, intellectual property rights, or the rights of others.

Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

VibeCall is free to download and may offer in-app purchases or subscriptions. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled according to Apple App Store rules and your Apple ID settings.

Content and Rights

You retain rights to content you own. VibeCall does not grant you rights to third-party songs, videos, clips, or other media. Only use content you have the right to use as a ringtone or notification sound.

No Warranty

VibeCall is provided as available. We work to keep the app reliable and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every device setup, or that every media file will convert successfully.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of VibeCall after changes means you accept the updated terms.
