How do I create a ringtone?

Import a video, audio file, or supported clip, trim the part you want, preview it, then continue through the export flow.

How do I set the ringtone on iPhone?

After export, follow the in-app instructions and choose "Use as Ringtone" from the iOS share sheet when prompted.

Can I use sounds from TikTok?

Yes. Import supported clips and use only content you have the right to use as a ringtone or notification sound.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open iOS Settings, tap your Apple ID, choose Subscriptions, then select VibeCall.

Why did an import or export fail?

Some files may be unsupported, unavailable, DRM-protected, too large, or missing permissions. Try saving the clip locally and importing it again.
